MaxiMizer ST systems are a completely integrated way to safely and consistently store, dilute and dispense concentrated products.
Convenient, reliable dispensing of solutions |
Enclosing the concentrated product provides maximum control
to the dispensing operation, but many enclosed systems aren't
convenient to use. The MaxiMizer ST is designed to overcome the
drawbacks of other systems. Five models are available, each one with the following benefits:
- rugged stainless steel construction for long lasting
performance
- locking cabinet provides secure storage for chemicals,
reducing theft
- worker safety is increased since chemical handling is
virtually eliminated
- can be used with many styles and sizes of concentrate
container
- effective emptying of the
concentrate container because the
holding shelf is sloped
- easy monitoring of concentrate level
without opening the cabinet
- easy emptying of any overflow liquid
from the drip tray.
MaxiMizer ST dispensers are based on the industry standard Streamline and AccuDose Series of push-button operated dispensers.
This time-proven technology provides durability in the field, with components that are easily replaceable if maintenance is
required. Concentrate dilution is provided through the use of metering tips which can be changed by authorized personnel, but which are secure from tampering.
Enhanced safety for everyone involved |
Many features of the MaxiMizer ST promote safe use of concentrates. Keeping concentrates locked away limits contact with users, as well as hindering any theft or misuse of the concentrate. The drip tray helps to keep floors dry so the likelihood of slip/ falls is reduced. And, of course, the proportioning of the concentrate aids in proper sanitation and maximizes the concentrate’s performance wherever the dispensed solutions are used.
Available with two types of eductors: |
- Hydro's E-Gap eductors, which provide backflow protection through use of an elastomeric sleeve. (ASSE 1055B Approved)
- Hydro's patented HydroGap II™ air gap eductors, which use a one inch gap of air between the water source and the chemical inlet to provide backflow protection. (ASSE 1055B Approved.)
