New site offers Expanded Search Capabilities, Online Ordering, and More!

CINCINNATI, OH — Cincinnati-based Hydro Systems proudly announces the launch of its newly redesigned, customer- focused website. The new site integrates the detailed product information that customers depend upon into an easy-to-use design, that puts Hydro resources right at the web-users’ fingertips.

The site (www.hydrosystemsco.com) provides more ways for potential customers to identify products for their specific functions, applications, and industries, while providing a comprehensive product search function for those more familiar with the Hydro Systems product line.

Hydro Systems has experienced tremendous growth over the past couple of years. The new website incorporates the all Hydro brands, including: Nova Controls and Chemilizer Products, as well as links to the Hydro ICS and Water Treatment product web sites. "The new site is a one-stop-resource, for customers interested in any of the Hydro Systems brands or products," Drury explained, "We wanted to be sure to make it easy for users to get the information they need, as quickly as possible. We understand how valuable their time is."

An exciting new addition to the site is the on-line ordering portal for customers. After obtaining a user name and password from the Hydro Customer Service Team, customers can conveniently place orders, no matter their proximity to a telephone or fax, 24 hours a day. "Our customers can now place orders while waiting for a plane, or after business hours. It’s another way for Hydro be there when our customers need us," says Drury.

In addition, customers can view videos, product specs and obtain support documentation and photos for all the entire Hydro product line.

"Hydro customers expect and depend upon exceptional products and service we provide. This new website is another way for us to conveniently and effectively provide both to them.
