Each injector is ready to pump chemicals upon installation and has been designed to work with most common trigger voltages, including 24 VAC, 24 VDC and 110V.
Knowing the demands of operating in tough, oftentimes corrosive and aggressive vehicle-wash environments, the system’s injectors are made from Kynar® PVDF, which helps ensure maximum chemical resistance while improving longevity and reducing maintenance costs. The HydroMinder HP’s back panel, water valve bodies and manifold fascia are constructed of 304 stainless steel, which is highly corrosion resistant. Also, the unit’s chemical pump features full stainless-steel construction with a stainless-steel housing and impellers.
The HydroMinder HP’s pump is a vertical multi-stage floor-mounted device that is self-priming and features a coupling connection between the pump and motor. The pump is controlled by a standard variable frequency drive (VFD) and 300-psi transducer. The pump also includes connections for plumbing, filter kit and hose, and is available in 230V and 480V three-phase configurations.
