Better Mix
For fertilizers, pestides and other water-soluable products
Our injectors use a reliable and durable diaphragm or piston assembly that is activated by the flow of water through the body of the injector (motor) to perform chemical dosing. Chemicals are injected into the water after it passes through the water motor.
These pumps are ideal for the use of fertilizer injection, nutrient mixing, line cleaning, greenhouse irrigation, and a variety of mixing and dosing applications in horticulture.
Water-driven injectors are also one of the better dosing/dilution systems when it comes to pumping into back pressure. Some water-driven pumps can pump into back pressure up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).
Our water-driven injectors offer different seal materials ranging from Viton to Kalrez to ensure maximum chemical compatibility.
Some of the chemicals our injectors support include (but are not limited to): Acetic Acid, Boric Acid, Butyric Acid, Chlorine (500 ppm or less), Citric Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Hydroxide, and Sodium Hypochlorite. Please refer to our products’ data sheets for a more comprehensive list of compatible chemicals.
Our SuperDos line can reach a chemical dilution rate of 4000:1 but also includes a range of 1:5 at the richest and 1:4000 at the leanest.
Our SuperDos line includes products that reach up to 45 GPM, but we offer a variety of options, with the lowest being 0.2 GPM.
One chemistry can be used at one time; however, some of our injectors offer adjustable ends that allow them to be repurposed for various chemicals. This reduces the total cost of ownership.
Yes, rebuild kits are available for water-driven injectors, or total replacements are available. Motor parts are also available as needed.
