The DM-400/DM-700 Warewashing Product Dispenser combines a detergent control and rinse pump in a water-resistant enclosure. The electronic control board is protected by a gasketed enclosure for water resistance and maximum long-term reliability.

A digital readout allows simple three-button programming. The display shows the status of the dispenser during operation including product outages and other alarm conditions.

Saves Installation Time

Comes equipped with a factory-wired harness for all power and signal connections, so there is no need to open the case. The included wall bracket makes mounting efficient.

It can accept 24 to 240 VAC input at 50 or 60 Hz. It can also control either powder or liquid detergents.

Saves Money

A special Rinse Saver feature prevents rinse additive wastage during fills of the washer. Digital electronics ensure accurate detergent control and minimize overuse.

Rack Counter

Includes a standard rack counter. This works with both single rack and continuous conveyor type machines.

The DM-400/DM-700 uses only three buttons and a 3-digit LED display for all dispenser operation and programming. The display shows the status of the dispenser during operation including product outages and other alarm conditions.

The DM-400/DM-700 Warewashing Product Dispenser combines a detergent control and rinse pump in a water-resistant enclosure, while DM-700 has an additional pump for sanitizer suitable for low temperature dishwashers.

Probeless – The dispensing amount is fixed. After X racks, dispense for X seconds.

Pros – Consistent, fixed dosing. Chemical companies can charge per rack

Cons – Detergent concentration can drift high or low

Probe – The dispensing amount is driven to a concentration set point.

Pros – Accurate dosing. The detergent level is maintained at a setpoint

The control signals are universal “machine interface” types that are capable of accepting any voltage from 24 to 240 VAC nominal (+/- 10% fluctuation) or 24 VDC (+/- 20% fluctuation).
